The roots of Sokol, Novák, Trojan, Doleček and Partners, Law Firm s.r.o., date back to 1992 when the law firm Brož & Sokol & Novák was founded.

In the summer of 2022, the partners of the law firms Brož & Sokol & Novák and Trojan, Doleček & Partners (tdpA), contemplated the idea of a shared professional future. Our modern history began with a handshake. With the understanding that two heads are better than one, we became Sokol Novák tdpA at the beginning of 2023.

Throughout our time in the legal profession, we have represented numerous clients from large multinational and national corporations, as well as individuals from both the private and public sectors. Each of us has gained a variety of professional experiences, ranging from major business transactions, criminal defense, complex national or international legal disputes, to assisting clients with complicated personal situations.

We strive to maximize the use of our professional and personal experiences to help our clients with their professional and personal problems, together with our team of excellent lawyers.

We provide comprehensive legal advice in matters of private and public law, representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, including tax matters, and defending them in cases of economic and other crimes.

We are involved in our clients' business transactions, whether it's the purchase of goods, real estate, or shares in a company, or complex corporate transformations. Within these areas, we stand by our clients' side, conducting negotiations on their behalf and preparing all necessary contractual documentation.

If a case has cross-border implications, we provide legal advice through our partner lawyers abroad.
